Forgiveness
Posted on 25. Aug, 2010 by Angie Wyatt in Pain & Fear, Spiritual Wellness
Are you having trouble forgiving someone who hurt you? If so, this video can help. When people hurt us, we feel both pain and fear. Sometimes we try to forgive without first addressing our deeper emotions. Instead, we harbor unforgiveness and anger. Using Spiritual Wellness, you can identify the emotions that lie beneath your anger. Once you have healed your pain and fear, you will be ready to forgive. Forgiveness helps us progress in Spiritual Wellness.

I learned this approach to forgiveness from one of my spiritual mentors, Bob Hamp.

I can forgive with my body, spirit and mind. But never forget what somebody did to me. I never say somebody I forgive you. Because I do not know if they think okay, do it again and expect my forgiveness again etc. – If we have something to forgive we are hurt and feel fear and pain. That all is as we say; “a bad life coach”. That all lead us nowhere, I have had to find out myself! Can lead to anger and hate, we never want to have. We rather want to live in compassion and patience. – Blessings, Swiss Rose
