Thanksgiving is upon us.  Nothing says “American Family Cooking” like our favorite Southern Belle . . . Paula Deen.  If I could jump into her kitchen on Thursday, I’d skip the turkey and dive into the fixin’s and dessert:  Deep-fried Cranberry Sauce Fritters, Southern Cornbread Stuffing & Pumpkin Pecan Pie.  Yes, ma’am.  Thank. You.

And to those who might suggest that I give these recipes a shot . . . no, thank you.  I’d rather … look and drool, look and drool.  But, if you whip up a batch, I’d love to know how it fares!
