God’s Vision: A 7 Week Devotional
Posted on 27. Jan, 2011 by Angie Wyatt in Blog
I’m participating in a 7 week focus with Gateway Church called 20/20: God’s Vision for My Life. This is an online devotional that includes music, teaching, and scripture memorization. I’m honored to have written today’s devotional, “Rooted In Love.” You can read or listen to this devotional HERE.
If you found “Rooted In Love” helpful, then you will also enjoy my latest video, Forgive and Forget? You can watch it HERE.
Gateway’s 20/20 devotional will help you stay focused on what God wants for your life. If you’re looking for more depth in your Spiritual Wellness, I encourage you to start the devotional from the beginning. You can enjoy one devotional, five days a week, for seven weeks. Get started HERE.
Have you been listening to the 20/20 Devotional? What is God saying to you through this focus?

“Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong”. (Ephesians 3:17–19)
Such a wonderful analogy and vision you then wrote and
spoke on the audio version, Angie, as you added:
“I just imagined myself as a tree. I let (hard to hear) words pass through my branches. I was rooted and grounded in God’s love. With His love, anything was possible.”
I too am well now or at least better, from a family hurt. Though I watch and see the good times showing the goodness blossoming in a member of my family and our reuniting Love, there are still hard times that come about. Past hurts do resurface. Though current situations do not relate to past hurts, the past has a way of showing up. It is hard to not equate new hurts with the year’s ago hurt.
But I will now assume the role of “a tree… letting words pass through my branches!”
This is a terrific series and the written words plus the audio version with music and prayer is a really good way to present the series.
He is Blessing all, always
